Run the schema-doc passes on a single page’s HTML.

Layout: defs are description-list items inside the per-module section page (--splitat=section). No kind-bucket subsections; Patterns and Elements interleave in source order so cross-refs between them stay on one page. Long pages get a JS-driven filter input (browser Ctrl-F still works since items default to visible).
