Cross-reference resolution processor.
Port of LaTeXML::Post::CrossRef (946 lines of Perl).
Resolves cross-references (ltx:ref, ltx:bibref, etc.) by looking up
referenced IDs in the ObjectDB and filling in the reference text,
titles, and navigation links.
